Gosstandart is the Russian Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Certification. GOST Certificates of Conformity are required to import virtually all into Russia.
UkrCEPRO is a quality certification and standardization system of Ukraine. UkrCEPRO is important for companies that supply goods to the Ukraine. UkrCEPRO certificate is similar with ISO 9000 certificate. 
In order to operate or import goods to Russia above documents will be required. They issued by the Department of State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance at the RF Ministry of Health Care.
